Baron Von Gottsacker's Raspberry Beet gelato was both sweet and earthy, beginning with the fruitiness of the raspberries and ending strongly with the earthy beet flavor. There was a deepness of flavor that was not found in many of the other samples, and as an iffy beet-eater was surprisingly delicious.
